The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will primarily focus on financial reporting and analysis while providing support for planning processes. This role requires strong analytical skills to transform financial data into actionable insights, maintain reporting integrity, and support business decision-making. Required Qualifications 5 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or FP&A - Strong analysis skills and financial reporting skills. Experience with month-end and quarter-end closing processes. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Strong communication and presentation skills. Demonstrate a strong growth mindset with proven ability to adapt to changing priorities, learn new skills quickly, and develop capabilities in team members. Preferred Qualifications.
