Leads an HR team and serves as the primary HR partner for one or more regional sites across multiple business units, divisions, or functions. Acquires a broad understanding of local business divisions to support people strategies, enable talent development, and improve retention at the local level. Manages employee relations, performance management, onboarding, compensation, and employee career development issues, requiring detailed knowledge of fundamental and advanced HR concepts and practices. Works with HR colleagues and local business leaders to provide responsive approaches and drive adoption of HR initiatives.
Qualifications include a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, plus at least ten years of professional HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner. Prior HR management experience is preferred. Candidates should possess excellent communication, presentation, and client service skills, with the ability to influence and manage relationships. Demonstrated proficiency in HR software, technical HR expertise, data analysis, and project management is required. Knowledge of labor law, market trends, and experience managing a sizable internal customer base are essential.
