Research, interpretation and implementation of accounting/reporting rules and regulations proposed and issued by regulatory bodies, i.e., FASB, SEC, PCAOB, AICPA, FTC, DOC, etc. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Annual and quarterly reports to Stockholders, Quarterly Earnings Press Release, Investor Presentations and CEO Earnings Call Slides. Supervise the composition of financial information contained in quarterly and annual releases.
