Job Summary

Grande is growing its international footprint—and we're looking for a Manager, Export Logistics to manage end-to-end export logistics, lead and develop a team, and partner across departments to ensure cost-effective, compliant product movement to international customers. You'll also play a key role in educating the organization on international transportation strategies and helping drive smart, scalable decisions. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-evolving environments and wants to build something from the ground up.

  • Lead export logistics strategy and execution

  • Mentor and grow your team's expertise in global logistics

  • Build and manage relationships with freight forwarders and internal partners

  • Present logistics solutions and cost analyses to leadership

  • Support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance

What you need to be considered for the role:

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • (5) or more years of experience in Export Logistics – dairy industry or other perishable food industry strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of export regulations, customs procedures, Incoterms, international trade compliance, and laws related to food exports.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across functions, different levels of the organization, and with customers.
  • Ability / willingness to travel as required to understand the business.
  • Logistics expertise: Proficiency in logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and documentation management.
  • Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Priority management: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize logistics processes.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to export logistics.
  • Negotiation skills: Ability to negotiate favorable terms with freight forwarders and other vendors.
  • Bilingual speaking (Spanish) is a plus.
  • CES (Certified Export Specialist) preferred.
