Join us in building the next generation of intelligent tools. As Manager, Embedded Systems in Elyria, OH , you'll lead a team developing embedded electronics for professional tools. You will shape our firmware and systems roadmap – mentoring engineers, championing process improvements and driving new product development excellence. You'll collaborate with Electrical Hardware, Mechanical, and Software teams to turn bold concepts into reliable products that delight customers and fuel our growth. You'll own low-power IoT firmware on ARM Cortex-M MCUs with BLE connectivity and RTOS, sensor integration, and secure OTA pipelines for battery-powered, BLDC motor tools.
