About the role

Build and scale two Ecommerce traffic channels for Dyson.com, Affiliates and Live Shopping to drive 23% of Dyson.com revenue.

Leads cross functional collaboration to mange and present Dyson.com ecommerce equations, driving channel insights and mitigating financial risk.

Oversee day to day responsibilities for all Affiliates initiatives.

Lead the Affiliates agency to deliver against financial targets - +20% y/y, overseeing +$12M of Marketing budget.

Own Meta / Tiktok Marketplaces

Define and drive Affiliates short and long term strategy able to sell EPP product range as well as NPD and top of the range using Ecommerce KPIs skillset such as Ecommerce equation (Traffic, CVR, Rev/Unit, Revenue).

Build and analyze digital Analytics KPIs for daily optimization and decision making.

Identify new test & learn opportunities within the Affiliates network able to properly showcase the Dyson brand and find new consumer audiences

Present to Leadership forecast, actuals, key KPIs and how to deliver to financial LE. This individual needs to be well versed with data reporting and analytics, in addition to presenting to high leadership positions (including VP of Ecommerce, VP of Marketing, Global Ecommerce Director, and CMO)

Lead the US market in new technology setup (Live Shopping/Selling) and channel operating models that focus on building engaging experiences across Direct channels.

Establish overall Live Shopping business strategy for the US and execute it to drive 200% ROI for the year.

Monitor KPIs to generate daily metrics and call out opportunities to elevate experience and remain revenue driven.

Work with Direct Sales on product and inventory needs to best manage experiences

Inform IT and Content Operations on events that require systems support to ensure optimal site reliability

As shopping behavior remains digitally led, more social interactions are expected during research, buying and support journeys. This role will manage local implementation, optimization, and long-term enhancements as social, virtual and live demo specifically, evolve.

Responsible for managing Ecommerce Equation & Channel Projections

Develop a deep understanding of CRM, National Media, and SEO channel performance and strategies

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to gather and analyze ecommerce equation projections at the channel level

Integrate channel-level insights into comprehensive Dyson.com ecommerce projections, proactively partnering with channel leads to identify and mitigate financial risk

Present updated forecasts to Direct Sales leadership and Head of Ecommerce during weekly WBR and USLT LE calls

Team management

Develop and grow the Associate Manager, Ecommerce Channels & Affiliates to an Ecommerce expert using past people management experience and leadership skills.

Define team structure and road map to support those initiatives long term.

Fulfill other duties as required.

Continuously educate the broader business to Live Shopping initiative, including top management

About you

Understand the Dyson brand and uphold its integrity

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to drive projections from concept through implementation, inclusive of analyzing post-campaign results

Thorough understanding of Dyson's channels, product categories

Excellent project management skills, inclusive of building timelines and properly setting timeline expectations

Must have ability to digest data, identify key themes and translate next steps for executive leadership

Advanced knowledge / proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
