We offer a better retail and digital experience that prioritizes safety and expertise in a cool, fun and welcoming environment, along with a wide earring assortment—all at an accessible price point.Salary Range: $110,000–$125,000 base + equityWe're looking for a data-driven, execution-oriented Manager, E-Commerce to own day-to-day performance across our digital channels. This role reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and is responsible for managing our paid media and lifecycle marketing programs, partnering with agencies and vendors to drive traffic, conversion, and repeat purchase across our DTC business.This is a cross-functional role that requires strong project management, creative judgment, and channel insight — along with comfort working hands-on in tools and platforms.
