Distribution Center Operations ManagerLocation: Arcadia, WIAre you a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? If so, we want you on our team!What You'll DoAs an Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our distribution center's success. You'll oversee multiple departments, lead supervisors, and ensure everything runs smoothly—on time, within budget, and with safety as a top priority.Your Day-to-day Will Include Leading & Mentoring: Guide and develop supervisors to hit productivity, quality, and safety goals. Optimizing Operations: Plan ahead to ensure seamless product flow, cost efficiency, and inventory accuracy. Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze trends, diagnose issues, and implement smart business solutions. Continuous Improvement: Use Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance processes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with HR, Finance, Transportation, and other teams to keep operations aligned with company goals. Safety & Compliance: Conduct safety audits, ensure training, and promote a culture of workplace safety.Must-HavesWhat You Need to Succeed:️ Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field️ 3+ years of leadership experience in distribution, e-commerce, or a related industry️ Proven ability to lead teams and manage resources effectively️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—you're not afraid to dive deep into data️ Experience with Lean methodologies and process improvementsNice-to-Haves Master's degree or equivalent experience Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Lean certifications Background in logistics or e-commerce fulfillment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environmentWhy Join Us?
