Bando Performance is seeking a motivated and dynamic Manager/Director to join our team at our Worcester and Dedham, MA locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and lead training sessions for athletes and general clienteleDevelop and implement marketing strategies to drive revenue growthSupport the professional development of staff and interns through ongoing educationOversee daily facility operations and ensure a high standard of serviceRequired Qualifications:

Strong enthusiasm and passion for the fitness and performance industryPunctual, self-motivated, and reliableExcellent work ethic with the ability to execute on projects, events, and marketing initiativesPreferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related fieldRelevant certifications such as CSCS, CSCCa, FRC, or AFSCompensation:
