Job Description :
The Dietary Manager oversees the daily operations of the hospitals dietary services, including food preparation, service, sanitation, and compliance with nutrition standards and patient needs. Responsibilities - Supervise dietary staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and service. - Manage inventory, ordering, and proper storage of food and supplies. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and sanitation protocols. - Collaborate with clinical staff on patient-specific dietary needs and preferences. - Train and evaluate dietary personnel, promoting team development and efficiency. Qualifications - Associates degree in Nutrition, Food Service, or related field required. - Bachelors degree preferred. - 2 years of food service management experience, healthcare setting preferred. - Serv.
