They will have the opportunity to grow as a privacy professional. This role's primary responsibility is to ensure that data privacy principles are implemented into all areas of the business. This position will have knowledge of data privacy laws that are applicable to the advertising industry.ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation and management of the Data Privacy Program for Publicis Creative and Digital Experiences in the United StatesCollaborate with various stakeholders on client data privacy questions and requestsFoster connection and collaboration among stakeholders to support and strengthen the organization's commitment to data privacyCoordinate required data privacy deliverables, communicating and monitoring adherence to best practicesSupport development of key privacy program deliverable such as:Status reports for executive leadershipTraining and awareness presentations and documentationPresentations for internal and external stakeholdersQualificationsAbility to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of Publicis Groupe and with clientsAbility to successfully multi-task and prioritize while working independently or within a group environmentManage integrated multi-track projects and work stream planningDemonstrate excellent listening, writing, and communication techniquesAbility to proactively identify problems and recommend solutionsProvide direction and guidance to program resources, contribute to and monitor program executionWork closely with the direct supervisor to set strategy and define success criteria for privacy compliance initiativesA growth mindset, demonstrating a strong desire to delve deeply into topics, enhance understanding, and identify the right follow-up questions to drive clarity and insightAbility to artfully navigate a matrixed organizationDetail oriented with solid organizational skills, particularly the ability to meet aggressive project deadlinesAdditional SkillsFamiliarity with data privacy (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) and privacy program managementIAPP certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employmentExpert-level Excel knowledgeExperience in OneTrust or other privacy/compliance applicationsHigh degree of emotional intelligence, courtesy, adaptability, and excellent work ethicComfortable speaking in front of large groups, in person and via web conferenceEducationBachelor's degree in relevant subject or equivalent work experienceAdditional InformationOur Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
