We are tightly integrated with planning and investment teams to deliver on and exceed our clients' business goals.ResponsibilitiesExternal facing responsibilities:

• Development of data warehouse and visualization dashboards
• Creation and maintenance of calculated measurements and dimensions
• Development of dashboards using data visualization tools such as Datorama (MCI) and Tableau
• Consult with subject-matter experts to design and develop business rules for data processing
• Setup and maintenance of data streams using business intelligence tools
• Monitor, respond & resolve data stream failures
• Ensure there are no gaps in measurements and dimensions
• Create and maintain taxonomy generators for campaigns, placements, ad sets, etc.
• Manage the development and maintenance of business intelligence tools
• Ensure compliance of data quality standards
• Collect data from direct partners for dashboarding development
• Ad-hoc emergency data refreshes and dashboard updates

Internal Facing Responsibilities

• Work with investment teams on taxonomy resolution within ad servers
• Identify opportunities to improve processes
• Lead, mentor and train junior team members
• Create and conduct ongoing taxonomy QA check and inform internal teams of accuracy

Required Skills

• Data Collection and Processing: Familiarity in building data visualization solutions (Tableau, Datorama, etc.) as well as automation solutions (Alteryx, Datorama, etc.)
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of the function and formation of standardized taxonomy practices for more accurate and efficient data collection & automation
• Expert in QA resolution
• Experienced with planning, optimization and analysis tools (Planit, Prisma, DDS)
• Demonstrated familiarity with self-serve tools within Search platforms (Google Ads, Bing, SA360), Programmatic DSPs (DV360, Yahoo, etc.), Ad Servers (CM360, Innovid, etc.), Social Platforms (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) and Google Suite (Marketing Platform, Tag Manager, Analytics, Merchant Center)
• Excellent project management skills

Education And Experience

• A university degree in a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting
• Knowledge of agency-side execution processes

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.Compensation Range$80,000—$100,000 USDThis role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
