As our Manager, Customer Optimization, you will partner with R1 functional leaders and contribute to R1 strategy development as a customer expert, sharing best practices, optimizing performance, and leading transformation initiatives. Your daily activities will include supporting internal efforts to improve KLAS and NPS scores and related activities. To succeed in this role, you must possess strong skills in data presentation and visualization, with the ability to communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders.

Here's what you will experience working as a Manager, Customer Optimization:

  • Act as a change agent to help establish common goals and create alliances across hospital organizations to optimize success.
  • Proactively identify projects that will improve operational performance metrics.
  • Lead the analysis of complex datasets within Salesforce Data Cloud to derive actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Support and manage the Salesforce platform, including survey enhancements.
  • Up to 25% travel.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of operational experience, including at least 3 years in Revenue Cycle and 2+ years in management.
  • 4+ years' experience working with Salesforce platforms.
  • Experience with NPS/Survey tools.
  • Proven experience working with large datasets.

This US-based position offers a base pay range of $70,921.24 - $114,234.05 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education.

The role is eligible for our annual bonus plan, with a target of 10.00%.
