Manager, Contingent and Professional Services - Comerica : Job Details

Centralized Management: Oversees the execution of contingent & professional services function and associated activities enterprise wide. Sourcing and Procurement: Identifying, recruiting, and managing contingent workers and professional service providers. Performance Monitoring: Tracking and evaluating the performance of both contingent and professional services staff. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies related to contingent and professional services. Vendor Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers of professional services. Responsible for managing direct reports (hiring and performance management of resources) supporting the execution of related processes.
