  • JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for all aspects of internal communications, ITG Brands website and social media presence for the organization. Develops, implements, and maintains internal communications and social media strategies, programs, and content with one, clear, consistent brand voice to inform, align, and inspire the workforce.
  • WHAT YOU WILL DO
Duties and Responsibilities:(This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by the Company)Strategic Communications:
  • Collaborates and coordinates with peers (global and local) to gain a clear understanding of objectives and effectively translate them to communication objectives and strategies that can be regularly cascaded across a diverse workforce.
  • Implements policies and programs to ensure employee-centric enterprise initiatives and projects are successfully communicated driving deep understanding and buy-in through an integrated approach.
  • Leads development of enterprise content and channel strategy to scale two-way communication.
  • Creates and communicates timely, precise and engaging content and narratives for internal audiences in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Acts as an advisor across the organization (Imperial & ITG Brands) to provide recommendations to teams and stakeholders, playing a central role in best practice sharing in employee communications, website and social media.
  • Supervises external creative agency.
  • Manages the internal communications, production, social media, and engagement budgets.
  • Production:
  • Leads planning, content, and follow-up for internal communications programming, e.g., employee town halls and leadership meetings.
  • Manages content production, review, editing, prioritization, and deployment, including film production.
  • Social Media:
  • Develops and implements social media strategy to increase and maximize brand presence across platforms.
  • Oversees platform operations for internal and external social media efforts.
  • Produces engaging, clear, and concise content for communication channels.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma/GED and 10+ years related work experience OR
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Mixed Media, or related field of study and 8+ years related work experience
  • Work experience to include, but is not limited to:
  • Internal communications including a combination of employee communications, strategic planning, writing/editing, and/or creative project management.
Knowledge of:
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, Poppulo and Canva.
Skilled in:
  • Verbal and written communication including meeting facilitation and formal presentations

  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
  • Experience creating and publishing in-house communications materials.
  • Experience copywriting, video production, photography, and/or graphic art.
  • Deep understanding of SharePoint and website creation
  • Demonstrated ability to research, develop, and direct pre and postproduction elements of large-scale corporate events
Work Environment and Physical Demand
  • Requires light physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves light objects (under 10 lbs.).
  • Walks, sits, or stands for prolonged periods.
  • Use of manual dexterity and fine motor skills
  • Requires prolonged machine operation including computer and keyboard equipment.
