Instructional Design: Lead the design and development of innovative, engaging, and effective learning materials across multiple modalities (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led training, blended learning). Ensure all learning materials meet high standards of instructional quality, accessibility, and alignment with adult learning principles. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology-enhanced learning. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), HR, and business units to design relevant and customized learning solutions. Serve as a consultant to internal stakeholders, offering guidance on learning needs and performance improvement.
