Manager Coding - Deaconess Health System : Job Details

This position provides leadership, guidance, and supervision to the Coding team by providing a positive and team oriented environment for all employees. This person works directly with other Supervisors/ Managers to address and correct problems as they occur on a day to day basis. This position is responsible for developing process improvements and ensuring that these improvements are implemented across the entire department or throughout the revenue cycle. This position is responsible for ensuring that all coding is accurate, compliant, and timely. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Job Duties include the following, other duties may be assigned: - Manage and oversee the activities of the coding department by maintaining/ promoting a positive team oriented environment.
