Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids Hospital & Clinics is seeking a Manager - Clinic to join our Clinic Admin - Peach St. Clinic team!

The Clinic Manager provides leadership, direction, administration, supervision, planning, organization, and oversight of all aspects of multiple clinics with several providers to ensure objectives are met. Manages day-to-day operations for one or more clinics.

HOURS: Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks.

Experience/Qualifications

  • Knowledge of health planning and management principles to manage, direct, and coordinate a major healthcare organization, typically acquired through a Bachelor's Degree in Health or Business Administration (Master's preferred).
  • At least five years' experience in health management, including a minimum of three years in direct clinic management/operations.
  • Professional development courses in healthcare management are desirable.
  • Understanding of community health system organization, policies, and interaction with other healthcare providers.
  • Knowledge of clinic policies and procedures to direct operations and ensure effective patient care.
  • Knowledge of employee development principles to promote organizational productivity.
  • Proficiency in computer programs and applications.
  • Understanding of finance and accounting principles to analyze results and recommend improvements.
  • Strong skills in initiative, judgment, discretion, decision-making, and effective action-taking.
  • Ability to analyze situations accurately and respond effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with staff, policy-makers, payers, patients, and the public.
  • Skill in goal setting, task management, and achieving objectives.
  • Discretion in policy development, application, and coordination.
  • Organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to assume responsibility and exercise authority over work functions.
  • Capability to establish and maintain quality control standards.
  • Competence in preparing comprehensive reports.
