For this role, we are looking for the candidate to have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within the luxury retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM strategy and be comfortable working with client databases to drive growth and engagement. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills are essential, along with proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Power Bi, and the Microsoft Office Suite. This role also requires someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of driving initiative forward independently, and having strong communication and networking abilities to collaborate effectively across various teams and levels of the organization.
What are we expecting from you?
The Client Development Manager is an analytical role responsible for developing and implementing a client strategy in the New York region's boutiques, by rolling out the loyalty programs developed by Corporate, and supporting the sales team in enhancing their client outreach. The Manager relays the Maison's Client Development vision to their region and brings forward the region's needs and feedback.This role reports to the Senior Manager, Client Development New York and is based out of NYC.
