As a dynamic clinical leader, youll oversee the daily operations of our NICU with 24/7 accountability, driving excellence in patient outcomes, family-centered care, and team development. Youll collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery.This role is ideal for a visionary nurse leader who thrives in a fast-paced, specialized environment and is passionate about mentoring staff, optimizing clinical workflows, and fostering a culture of innovation and empathy. Join us in making a meaningful impact on the tiniest patients and their families.Minimum RequirementsBSN is requiredRN license in NC is required.Three to five years of nursing clinical experience required with a one year requirement, two year preference in a leadership/supervisory (including Charge Nurse), or management role.One year of additional graduate education may be substituted for one year of the required experience with a maximum substitution of two years.Other Information
