As the Manager, you'll collaborate with internal teams, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies to manage all aspects of capital projects - from developing scopes of work to coordinating vendors, conducting inspections, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. What we're looking for:

• Associate's degree in construction project management or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant construction/design experience
• Knowledge of local building codes and compliance regulations
• Experience with cost estimating, reviewing drawings, field reports, and managing project budgets
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
