Our vision for Prime is to build India's largest subscription program that is loved by its members, delivers disproportionate value, and drives growth of India business. To achieve this, we are re-imagining the Prime program to meet the needs of a large, diverse customer base in India. Our team manages all aspects of the Prime program, including customer lifecycle management, plan constructs, trial strategies, pricing, branding, Prime benefits, member spending, and Prime PnL. We are a multidisciplinary team comprising product management, marketing, business development, engineering, and analytics. We are builders who work backwards from the customer, build empathy for their needs, and invent products and services to enrich their lives.

The Prime team seeks a Manager for the Business Intelligence and Analytics group to lead a team of Business Intelligence Engineers. This team will build analytics solutions and generate Prime-related insights for India and emerging marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in building scalable self-service analytics infrastructure, team development, and a curiosity for data-driven understanding of business use cases and impact. This role reports to the Prime leader for India and involves co-creating Prime strategy and investing in analytics infrastructure to support growth.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 7+ years of business intelligence and analytics experience
  • 5+ years managing a business intelligence or analytics team, including employee development and performance management
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with ETL processes
  • Data visualization experience using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
  • Experience with R, Python, Weka, SAS, Matlab, or other statistical/machine learning software
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years working with large data warehousing environments
  • 10+ years in data warehouse architecture, data modeling, infrastructure, ETL/ELT, reporting, and analytics tools, with hands-on SQL experience
