Business Development Manager, Pandora NAM

About the Team:

Objectively assess and identify risks and opportunities in North America's P&L, business KPIs, and growth initiatives by comparing them to success metrics and market insights. Communicate and influence cross-functional execution to meet P&L targets. Own new business development projects from scoping to launch and transition to operational teams for scale.

Your Role as a Business Development Manager:

  • Research and analyze market insights including market share, consumer trends, profitability, marketing insights, channel growth, or competitor analysis.
  • Manage internal business overviews via weekly, monthly, or quarterly tracking, assessing, and reporting on KPIs and growth initiatives, known as the Ignite Scorecard workstream.
  • Communicate industry insights to global and regional leadership teams monthly.
  • Identify and highlight risks and opportunities to drive focus, action, and collaboration to meet or exceed P&L targets.
  • Lead select new business initiatives from conceptualization to launch and scaling with functional teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate initiative impacts and scalability, addressing enablers and distractors for optimal productivity.
  • Create content for executive reviews.
  • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management
  • 4-6+ years of management consulting or internal strategy experience, preferably in retail or consumer goods
  • Experience in omni-channel retail preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Self-starter, team player, with strong partnership and influencing skills
  • Structured yet agile work approach, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Ability to lead change management and empower teams
  • Focus on impactful initiatives with prioritization skills
  • Effective stakeholder onboarding and influencing abilities

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Robust package including base salary, bonus, 401K, medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, recognition programs, and product discounts

Salary Range for New York City: $122,000 – $150,000 depending on experience
