As Manager, Business Analysis & Insights, you'll be a key contributor to the ongoing success of our site content strategy.Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Analysis & Insights, this role will support formal and informal reporting and analysis needs and help identify opportunities to accelerate our learning through data . Actionable insights will be key as you share outcomes through various channels, standardizing communication for stakeholders. • Provide data-driven analysis and insights to help support business strategies by evaluating ongoing analytical needs; reporting data-based insights in a uniform manner; reporting on business strategies; collaborating with internal and external business partners to build a consistent and accurate strategy for using data-driven insights.

• Support Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business review with a focus on actionable insights that influence short -, mid - and long - term strategy
• B uild automated dashboard and reporting views in BI tools (tableau, looker, etc) . Train Business partners on Dashboard and Report utilization for self-guided analysis
• Provide root cause analysis as identified through long term KPI trends (ability to manipulate data with SQL and BI tools directly (GCP, tableau, Looker) .
• S ynthesize key results into a presentation format that focuses on meaningful insights that inform future action

Requirements: Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
• 2 years' experience using SQL and BI tools for data analysis purposes .

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business or related field.
• 2 years' experience working with cross-functional teams.
• 2 Years experience in dashboard development (preferably Tableau)
