We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Brand Manager to join our dynamic team.
The primary objective for the Brand Manager is to support the development and execution of the company's brand strategies. The role focuses on the development of branding, stories, insights, and strategy that guide merchandising and marketing, collaborating with teams to ensure programs are on strategy and plan.
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Execution, brand plans and business objectivesEnsure branding across all elements is consistent with brand guidelines (ex. packaging, naming, etc.)Oversee branding for multi-faceted advertising, merchandising, and promotional programsDevelop annual brand business reviewsMarket & Consumer InsightsCross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, sales, digital and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.Brand and Resource ManagementResearch and analysis with actionable recommendationsRequired Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years' experience in brand management or marketingBachelor's degree in related fieldProficiency with Microsoft Office ToolsExcellent oral and written communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:
