What Sales Operations Management contributes to Cardinal Health
The Manager of Billbacks and Trace Operations is responsible for driving operational processes that optimize billback and trace operations within the Commercial Enablement team of the United States Medical Product Distribution (USMPD) business unit. This role will lead a direct and indirect team of analysts and oversee the daily operations and execution strategic process improvements for distribution billback and trace transactions.
Commercial Enablement is responsible for elevating the customer experience by providing essential capabilities, tools, and processes that optimize commercial execution to drive profitability and growth.
This role supports trace sales and associated billback claims, which is a component of the Channel Parter Group (CPG) Trace & Claims Operations Team. This team is an integral piece of the accuracy of Cardinal Health Branded Products profit margin. This team reviews and manages accuracy of trace sales and associated billback claims that have been submitted by CPG distributors, through collaboration with CPG Sales, Pricing, Accounting, Finance and other cross functional teams.

Oversee the billbacks and trace claims programs and daily operations
Lead and develop a high-performing team

Manage and execute monthly KPIs
Communicate results & business impacts to both internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Accounting and IT
Lead initiatives designed to improve processes or continuous improvement projects
Empower team to lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis, guiding strategic decisions and uncovering optimization opportunities
Strong organizational skills and prioritizes getting the right things done
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum 8-10 years in accounting, finance, pricing, analytics or other highly quantitative/financial space
Minimum 3-5 year of experience in a team leadership role with experience leading on-shore and off-shore teams preferred
Demonstrated financial acumen including strong analytic skills
Strong track record operating with large data sets
Strong Communication and cross-organizational collaboration skills
Experience leading large programs and/or projects with a high degree of accountability
MS Office Products
Ability to travel up to 10%, if not based in the Dublin, OH area

Anticipated salary range: $86,400 - $129,500
