Description Manager, BD Partnerships: We are looking for a Manager, BD Partnerships to join our Partnerships team with a focus on developing and managing strategic partnerships including Retail Media, Commerce, Social, and technology partners that align with Skai's strategic vision and product roadmaps. This role involves collaboration with external organizations, internal cross-functional teams, and other key stakeholders to drive business growth and product expansion through partnerships. Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic partner initiatives by aligning product, marketing, sales, client success, and partner leads to maximize value for both Skai and its partners.
  • Act as the point-of-contact and handle day-to-day partnerships activities including:
  • Define KPIs and track partner performance reviews against these metrics and make data-driven decisions to guide partnership development
  • Conduct and lead external meetings with the partners, outlining essential actions and decisions
  • Provide partner and marketplace feedback, communicating challenges to the Product team, and contributing to product roadmap discussions
  • Assist in sales enablement by training the Sales and CS team on partner product offering and value propositions.
  • Own day-to-day management of partners
  • Manage day-to-day strategic partnerships, such as: Amazon, Tesco & TikTok
  • Lead retailer expansion initiatives in coordination with Sales to support revenue growth
  • Drive partnership pipeline development and lead sales connectivity across all partners
  • Identify, manage, and measure strategic growth programs including KPI targets and business goals across a cross-functional group of key stakeholders:
  • Conduct market research to assess the viability and impact of potential partnerships
  • Manage and drive key priorities and issues to completion
  • Lead new partner launch and collaborate with product marketing and other cross-functional teams to execute GTM.
  • Organize regular reporting, business reviews, executive summits, and product planning events
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in the Ad Tech industry with a strong understanding of omni-channel media (Retail Media, Display, CTV, Social), including client or partner-facing roles
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in Business Development, Product Management, or Client Growth
  • Experience working directly with product teams
  • Ability to manage partnerships and collaborate across cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps, Finance, Legal)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Data-driven with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree required
The annual salary range for this position is $115,000-$125,000. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data. This position is also eligible for additional quarterly bonus compensation through one of Skai's highly attractive incentive plans, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
