Job Title: Manager Application Engineer (multiple openings)

Duties: Mentor and lead a staff of engineers in technical and soft skills to develop a highly competent, customer-centric team. Ensure adherence to engineering principles, share best practices, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Telecommuting or working from home may be permitted according to company policies.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 6 years of experience in software development or related roles.

Required Skills: Technologies including Java/J2EE, REST and SOAP web services, Spring Boot, MVC, Batch, Cloud; Messaging services like Flux, RabbitMQ, Kafka; Automated testing tools such as Cucumber and Mockito; Caching software including Redis and GemFire; Domain-driven design and Microservices.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program.

Rate of Pay: The base pay ranges from $148,949 to $180,200. Additional incentives and benefits are offered based on eligibility, experience, and other factors.
