Job Summary
The Manager, Aftermarket Distribution & Warehousing is a customer support management position responsible for oversight of all after-sale spare parts warehousing operations, order fulfillment, part returns and supplier warranty reconciliation support. This position manages the external distribution network of Cirrus' warehouses responsible for all spare parts storage, logistics, part returns and core returns from the field. Expansion of the distribution network will be a key aspect of this role, requiring analysis of market needs, fleet size, customer locations and maintenance facility requirements. Experience with inventory control, ERP/WMS, warehouse operations and supplier interaction are mandatory for this position. As our fleet grows, this area of our business grows also, and is critical in keeping our authorized service center network supplied with spare parts and accounts credited accurately.
