What You Will Do

  • Manage the AI and Machine Learning vision, strategy, and implementation across the enterprise.
  • Lead a team of skilled data scientists to enhance the quality and sophistication of AI/ML models and insights.
  • Conduct research and development to identify areas that can benefit from AI and ML technologies.
  • Partner with IT teams to establish infrastructure for data and develop AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities and implement AI/ML solutions to meet business goals.
  • Advise on advanced analytics opportunities regularly.
  • Build, motivate, and mentor a team of data scientists to develop their skills and careers.
  • Define and implement best practices for AI & Machine Learning.

    • Hiring Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or higher (or equivalent experience)
    • 8+ years of experience in a related field
    • In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience
    • At least 3 years leading data science teams, preferably in a matrix organization
    • At least 3 years developing data science solutions from concept to production
    • Knowledge of modern cloud computing

    Salary Range

    Our starting salaries are typically near the middle of the range listed, with a comprehensive Total Rewards package including an Annual Incentive Bonus, 401(k) with employer match, Paid Time Off, health benefits, and wellness programs. The salary range is $117,500 to $212,898, based on experience and qualifications.
