Job Summary:
Oversee key operational, technical, personnel, and data-related functions to ensure alignment with both departmental objectives and broader organizational strategy. Work closely with leadership to plan, execute, and optimize business workflows and strategic priorities. Lead both daily activities and long-range initiatives, promoting resource efficiency and a culture of continuous operational advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Design frameworks to regularly assess and address evolving operational requirementsDevelop and oversee internal controls, financial protocols, procurement practices, and vendor invoicingUse data insights to uncover issues, monitor performance trends, and drive process enhancementsImplement and sustain tools that track and visualize departmental performance metricsGenerate strategic reports that surface meaningful trends and action areasCollaborate with senior leadership to shape initiatives and allocate critical resourcesBuild and sustain relationships with campus partners to support cross-unit alignmentDirect end-to-end project execution, from scoping and stakeholder alignment to outcome measurementServe as a department representative on cross-functional committees and administrative projectsGuide daily operations to support departmental efficiency and service deliveryRecruit, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellenceSet and review benchmarks to measure performance and refine operational strategyQualifications & Core Competencies:
- 4–7 years of advancing leadership responsibilities in operational or administrative environments
- Bachelor's degree is desirable; equivalent professional experience will be considered in its place
- Proven expertise in managing projects, driving efficient initiatives, overseeing budgets, and nurturing team growth
- Strong aptitude for data analysis, trend identification, and strategic presentation of insights
- Excellent communicator and team collaborator, with a track record of successfully guiding organizational changes
