Manager, Accounting - Capital One : Job Details

Lead moderate to large complex initiatives by providing direction to partners, peers, and direct reports.- Lead a highly dynamic and cross-functional team- Understand customer expectations; current gaps & technical constraints; drive requirements and ultimately partner with the line of business and finance teams.- Ensure effective performance and on-time delivery of all tasks.- Develop and train associates.
