To cope with our ongoing business expansion, we are looking for high-caliber and passionate professionals to join our team as a Senior Consultant (SC) / Consultant (C) / Assistant Consultant (AC) for Green Building.

Job Duties:
  • Senior consultants shall lead our technical teams to provide the highest quality professional services and possess good aptitude in maintaining client relationships;
  • Consultants and assistant consultants shall support the team to complete the assigned tasks;
  • Prepare professional consultancy reports, proposals, or presentations upon different settings of engagements in acoustics, environmental assessments, sustainability consultancy, and green building certifications;
  • Carry out site surveys, inspections, and measurements to obtain information for meeting specific project requirements;
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
    • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering: Chemical, Civil, Acoustic, Building Services, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computing;
  • Professional with BEAM, LEED AP, WELL AP, or China Green Building Label will be a definite advantage;
  • Knowledge and experience of BEAM Plus, LEED, WELL, BREEAM, and CGBL;
  • Familiar with computer models for environmental assessment and built environment study (e.g., Building physics, CFD modeling, natural lighting, and energy simulations);
  • Minimum years of working experience: Senior Consultant: 6 years; Consultant: 3 years;
  • Consultants need to master good project management and presentation skills to support the team leader in delivering professional technical submissions;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to undertake interdisciplinary technical work and able to work under pressure in a fast work environment;
  • Excellent skills in written and verbal communication (Chinese and English).
