Marsh McLennan is seeking candidates for the following fixed term contract position based in New York City.Strategy Consulting Transformation ManagerAs the Strategy Consulting Transformation Manager, you will be a member of the Transformation team within the Office of the Chief Information & Operations Officer, leading enterprise-wide initiatives such as operating model redesigns, change management, and efficiency programs. In a multi-year program, your focus will be on accelerating technology deployment, supporting digital strategies, achieving cost savings, enhancing colleague engagement, and improving client insights through data and analytics. You will also support the program management office and lead strategic projects, ensuring their successful execution through guidance and oversight.

• This is a fixed-term employee opportunity. End date is 12/31/2028

We will count on you to:

• Lead and facilitate enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including operating model redesigns, organization change management, and strategic efficiency programs.
• Oversee complex projects, develop and challenge business cases, and provide strategic insights to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver strategic recommendations, manage project portfolios, and monitor progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Partner with the Office of the CIOO Chief of Staff on budget management, governance, and compliance initiatives related to data privacy and security.
• Drive effective communication, collaboration, and decision-making across transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

What you need to have:

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, enterprise operations, or a related field, with proven leadership in complex projects.
• Strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, and experience developing financial models and business cases.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
