Job Title: Mammography Technologist

Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Weekends/Holidays: Required

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Mammography Technologist to join a dedicated imaging team in the Bronx. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in mammography, operate relevant imaging equipment efficiently, and provide exceptional patient care while complying with safety and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality mammographic imaging following physician orders and departmental protocols

Ensure patient comfort and safety during all procedures

Operate and maintain mammography and radiologic equipment

Adhere to NYSDOH and ARRT standards

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals for quality diagnostic outcomes

Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist
• Proficient in operating relevant imaging equipment
• Strong attention to detail and patient care focus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment

Required:

• Valid Radiologic Technologist license issued by the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH)
• Post-primary certification in Mammography issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) – preferred
• Associate's degree – preferred
