Mammography Technologist - TAPP Workforce Solutions : Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Mammography Technologist to provide high-quality imaging services across the Miami Dade and Broward County regions. If you're passionate about patient care and skilled in mammographic procedures and bone densitometry studies, we want to hear from you!

As a Mammography Technologist, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures following established protocols, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and high-quality results. You will also play a key role in radiation protection standards and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Two roles - One is located in Miami with an Outpatient facility. The other floats between Miami Dade & Broward County Regions. Your choice!

• Shift Options: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM or 7:30 AM 4:00 PM (varies by location)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mammographic procedures on both men and women.
• Conduct bone densitometry studies to assess bone health.
• Ensure high-quality radiographic imaging while following radiation safety protocols.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout procedures.
• Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education:

• High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED, or equivalent training/experience
• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in mammography required

Licenses & Certifications (Required):

• Florida Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) License
• Registered Technologist (ARRT) Mammography (M)
• Registered Technologist (ARRT) Radiography (R)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
