We are currently hiring an experienced Make Ready to oversee the general maintenance and curb appeal of the apartment community. • Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical work. Install new appliances as needed.
• Complete resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain the exterior of the property to ensure clean and attractive curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and all health, safety, and environmental laws.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for HVAC systems; HVAC certification is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Available to be on-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Valid driver's license may be required for this role.

Typical base pay ranges from $24 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.
