Maintenance Worker - LifePoint Health : Job Details

The Maintenance Worker performs preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, systems, and structures throughout the facility to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency. Responsibilities - Installs, tests, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, and systems as scheduled or needed. - Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal/external tradespersons. - Inspects, tests, and maintains records for all fire risers, sprinklers, extinguishers, fire doors, and other fire/safety-related equipment and systems. - Moves items within/between locations and from/to storage. - Performs other duties as assigned. - Completes all assigned education in a timely manner. - Attends and participates in staff meetings, in-service, projects, and committees as assigned. - Works scheduled shifts including overtime when necessary. - Accepts all call schedule as directed. - Maintains a neat and professional appearance in compliance with the existing dress...Maintenance Worker, Maintenance, Worker, Property Management, Healthcare
