MAINTENANCE WORKER SERIES: Maintenance Worker This is an AFSCME unit position and is subject to the terms of the current AFSCME collective bargaining agreement. Salary: Grade 11, Step 7 - $1,990.31 bi-weekly (Annual Salary: $51,748.06) Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Key responsibilities: Incumbents of positions in this series: install or assist in the installation of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration, or related systems, equipment, and fixtures in a food service area; check equipment for malfunctioning; maintain and repair equipment; and perform related work as required. The basic purpose of this work is to perform tasks that ensure the proper maintenance and repair of food service systems, equipment or fixtures, and to assist in the installation of equipment.
