Of Position:Maintenance duties of Ladore site and facilities. Construction projects. Perform specific technical functions. Perform grounds work as needed according to time of year. Operate Ladore equipment safely and properly. Provide program support functions as necessary. Observe material handling guidelines of all chemicals. Performs related duties as assigned by the Site Resource Manager. Qualifications Requirements:Valid PA Driver's license with clean driving record. Ability to work across maintenance and construction disciplines. Physically able to work outdoors in heat and cold. Be able to lift 100 pounds. Attitude of cooperation and teamwork.
