MAINTENANCE WORKER I - Seminole Gaming : Job Details

Under the direction of the Facility Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for responding to all general maintenance service calls. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:May include but are not limited to: Make general plumbing , electrical, and structural repairs. Vacuum, wax floors, sweep and use necessary equipment. Remove trash and other items as needed. Clean using proper solvents. Lift heavy objects as needed. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or GED. WORK ENVIRONMENT:May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to: second hand smoke, excessive noise, and constant interaction with the general public. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell.
