A large-scale food production facility near Cambridge City, IN is hiring Maintenance Technicians at multiple skill levels. Whether you're starting your maintenance career or a highly skilled technician ready to lead and mentor others, this company offers a structured path with clear advancement opportunities.You'll support maintenance operations on pneumatic systems, conveyor belts, and other automated equipment. Responsibilities include routine preventative maintenance, diagnostics, mechanical and electrical repairs, and installation or breakdown of equipment. Technicians will be placed into one of three tiers based on hands-on and verbal skills testing upon hire.The facility operates 7 days a week, and technicians typically work 5-day schedules with occasional Saturdays or extended weeks. Overtime is available. Candidates with flexibility for 2nd or 3rd shift are strongly preferred.Key Responsibilities:Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on production machineryTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic malfunctionsRead schematics, manuals, and diagrams to guide repairsFollow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and all safety proceduresSupport team performance, or lead and mentor (for Tier 3)Participate in or lead PdM programs and diagnostics (for Tier 2 and 3)Shifts Available: All (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)Compensation & Benefits:Pay Range: $25/hour (Tier 1, 1st shift) up to $45/hour (Tier 3, 3rd shift)Schedule: Monday-FridayMedical, dental, vision insuranceCompany-paid life insurance + additional availableShort-term disability401(k) with 4% total match (Safe Harbor plan) Job 58538
