High degree of mechanical aptitude. Knowledge of the operation, maintenance and repair of equipment and other apparatus commonly used in office and institutional facilities. Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions in the maintenance and use of building mechanical systems. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent.
