Starting pay will be determined based on level of experience, up to $30/hour
3 weeks PTO, prorated based on hire date
8 paid holidays, plus 1 paid floating holiday

Job Qualifications:Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience:
Basic understanding of equipment repairs and troubleshooting techniques.
Preferred experience:
Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing power transfer devices, pumps, valves, and gearboxes on assembly line and/or process equipment.
Experience with Electrical Assembly and Troubleshooting Techniques.
Electrical Print Reading.
Experience with pneumatic system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
Experience with Air Handling equipment maintenance.
Experience with MDARD, SQF, and/or USDA.

In addition, this employee must be able to work independently, set priorities, determine work assignments and work methods.
Working Conditions and Exposures:Working conditions vary, a portion of the job duties occur in an indoor manufacturing environment. Occasional outside work with varying seasonal temperatures.
The working conditions include many different chemicals used during the production and clean up, high noise levels, moving machinery/equipment, climbing on heights, moving throughout the building to different processing areas and fumes.
