Maintenance Technician - EagleBurgmann : Job Details

Responsibilitiesarrow_right* Perform assigned daily inspections, preventive maintenance and safety checks of all machines and equipment defined in the maintenance operational system and listing of Key Equipment.* Fabrication and welding of items necessary for equipment installation and maintenance* Utilize skills and knowledge to evaluate repair issues with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems of the machines* Installation of utilities to machines (electrical, pneumatic and cooling water)* Document preventive maintenance to CMM software (PMC) and corrective maintenance activities in the maintenance log book.* Perform midlevel programming and adjustment of PLC's, robots and Vision inspection systems.* Interpret specifications, read schematics and manuals to determine corrective measures required for proper maintenance and repair.* Perform advanced programming and adjustment of PLC's, robots and Vision inspection systems.* Assist maintenance supervisor in spare parts inventory control through utilization of the CMM software system (PMC)* Utilize supervisory skills to manage sub projects in the Maintenance Department* Provide support and training to Level 1 and Level 2 Maintenance TechniciansQualificationsarrow_right* Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.* Vocational training in Industrial Maintenance.
