We are seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Technician who can contribute to our company's growth and success. The successful candidate will be a team player, career minded and be a self-starter.Job Responsibilities:* Ensure operation of CNC equipment and all other plant equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on cnc mills, lathes, welders and other equipment.* Ability to understand and follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications.* Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.* Use of equipment such as hoists, cranes, hand and power tools.* Perform calibration and leveling of cnc machinery and equipment per spec.* Strong troubleshooting abilities on various types of equipment.* Perform facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and some building and grounds.* Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.* Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.* All other duties as assignedEducation:* Associates degree preferred* 5 plus years of relevant experience preferredSalary is commensurate with experience.
