As part of the Facilities Operations team, you'll play a key role in maintaining safe, functional, and welcoming spaces for our students, faculty, and staff. This position offers a chance to grow your skills in a supportive, purpose-focused environment while making a visible difference every day.

What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance and repairs across University buildings

• Complete general construction tasks for special projects

• Conduct plumbing, basic electrical, and carpentry repairs

• Carry out preventative maintenance on buildings and systems

• Respond to pager duty calls as assigned

• Support seasonal snow removal and grounds maintenance

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license

• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry systems

• Ability to work with a diverse campus community and external partners

• Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team

• Comfort using power tools and computer systems

• Plumbing license ()

Work schedule: This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Forty (40) hours per week (8:00 am-5:00 pm) will be the general rule. However, depending on the project cycles and workflow demands of the University, additional hours or workday schedule changes may be required occasionally.
