Facilities/ Maintenance Lead - $30/hr Holyoke, MA - Full benefits package including health insurance is available Requirements 3 years experience in general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, repairs) Ability to work independently as the sole maintenance contact Excellent organizational and time management skills Valid driving license and willing to undergo motor vehicle check Willing to submit to background screening Responsibilities Respond to work orders through a ticketing system to perform routine facility maintenance such as light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, windows, and furniture moves Drive company vehicle safely between facilities Schedule and track maintenance for company fleet of vehicles Coordinate and oversee outside vendors for larger projects, obtaining bids and presenting bids to leadership.
