Park Place Student Housing Apartments is now hiring for a Maintenance Technician. Responsibilities:Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner. Paint and pick up grounds. Painting. Resolve maintenance issues in the area of electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair. Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas. Provide residents with outstanding customer service Requirements At least 2 plus years of onsite experience. Possess valid Identification. Full Time Position.
