Maintenance Technician - Owens Corning : Job Details

This position is part of the Russellville Foam Plant Operations Team and plays a role in improving overall reliability and performance of manufacturing and infrastructure equipment. This opportunity is critical to the performance and continued growth of the Russellville Foam Plant. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for routine planned and breakdown maintenance activities on shift, maintaining the plant equipment at optimum efficiency. Successful candidates must demonstrate both the ability to work in self-directed teams, with little to no supervision, as well as demonstrate the ability to drive results in a team environment. Successful candidates will be required to use their troubleshooting skills and experience to resolve technical and mechanical problems that may occur. The successful candidate would also be responsible for development and training of Maintenance Apprentices and work with operations to improve machine efficiencies.
